1. Acceptance

By downloading and using Picaius, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Picaius for personal and commercial creative projects. This license does not include the right to redistribute, sublicense, or modify the app itself.

3. Ownership of Your Work

All photos, images, and projects you create with Picaius remain yours. We claim no ownership, copyright, or other rights over the content you create.

4. Pricing & Subscriptions (Future)

Picaius is currently free. Future premium tiers may be offered with additional features:

Premium features will remain available at no more than $1 per month for standard users.
A lifetime option will be available for $20 when premium tiers launch.
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled.

5. AI Features

Content created using our AI features must comply with applicable laws and our acceptable-use guidelines. You may not use these features to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.

6. Prohibited Uses

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app.
Creating illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
Attempting to circumvent payment or licensing systems.
Unauthorized access to our servers or infrastructure.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

Picaius is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use the app at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Picaius, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
