By downloading or using Picaius, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Picaius for personal or commercial creative work.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos, images, and projects you create. We claim no ownership over your content.

4. Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated using our AI tools is subject to our Acceptable Use policy. You may not use AI features to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.

6. Prohibited Uses

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app.
Using the app to create illegal or harmful content.
Attempting to circumvent subscription or payment systems.

7. Disclaimer

Picaius is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
