Our Commitment

Picaius is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Information We Collect

Account Information: If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple User ID and—if you choose to share it—your name and email address, as provided by Apple.
Subscription Status: Apple's App Store and RevenueCat handle all payment transactions. We only see your entitlement status, never your payment details.
Anonymous Usage Data: We may collect anonymous information about which features are used to help us improve the app. This data is not tied to your identity.

What We Don't Collect

We do not access, collect, or store your photos or projects—unless you explicitly opt into a future cloud sync feature.
All core editing and on-device AI runs locally on your phone. Nothing is sent to our servers.
We do not sell your data. No advertisers, no brokers, no third-party data sharing.

AI Features

On-Device: Background removal and all free-tier AI features run locally using Apple's Vision framework. Your images never leave your device.

Premium (Future): Premium tiers may include advanced AI features that send images to our secure servers for processing. These images are deleted within 24 hours and are never retained or reused.

Service Providers

Apple: Authentication (Sign in with Apple).
RevenueCat: Subscription management.
Cloudflare: Hosting and data-in-transit protection.

Data Retention

Account information is kept while your account is active. To request deletion of your data, contact support@picai.us and we will remove it.

Children's Privacy

Picaius is suitable for all ages, but we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated date. If you do not agree with changes, please discontinue use of the app.
